Kick‑off Call

Build Cost Invoice

Pay one‑time build fee (invoice # …), or provide remittance confirmation.

Legal Sign‑off

Signed SOW / service agreement (if not already executed).

Primary Contacts

Name & email for (a) day‑to‑day lead, (b) graphics/brand approver, and (c) finance contact.

Brand Asset Package

- Logo files (SVG/AI + PNG)

- Brand color codes & fonts

- High‑resolution lifestyle imagery (optional)

Initial Product List

Final list of SKUs (or concepts) you want in the first launch collection.

Art / Print Files

Artwork for each product (vector or 300 dpi PNG) & placement notes.

Mock‑up Approval

Review/approve digital proofs we return for every SKU.

Fulfilment Model

Confirm each SKU as In‑stock (pre‑purchased) or On‑demand.

Shipping Rules

- Primary ship‑from and return addresses

- Regions you will/won’t ship to

- Desired carrier options or flat‑rate policy

Tax & Compliance

States/regions where you have sales‑tax nexus and resale certificates (if applicable).

Payment Gateway

Choice of Shopify Payments account or existing processor credentials; banking details for payouts.

Store Policies

Draft or provide: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund/Exchange Policy.

Domain & DNS

Decide: use yourbrand.stitchi.co default or connect your custom subdomain (CNAME details).

Analytics & Pixels

GA4 Measurement ID, Meta/LinkedIn pixels, or other tracking codes to embed.

Integrations (Optional)

CRM, Klaviyo, Zapier flows, etc.—share API keys or invite Stitchi as collaborator.

Admin Users

Staff emails needing Shopify Admin or Limited permissions.

Pre‑Launch QA

Complete test order (we’ll refund) and sign off on checkout flow & confirmation emails.

Launch Date Confirmation

Final go‑live date + any coordinated marketing or announcement plans.

Post‑Launch Review (14 days)

15‑minute call to review analytics, inventory, and any tweaks.
