Fulfilling products through Stitchi is designed to be quick and hassle-free. Whether you need to ship to one recipient or manage a large bulk shipment, Stitchi's dashboard makes it easy while providing you with cost-saving shipping solutions and real-time tracking.
1. Navigating to Your Shipments
To start, simply log into your Stitchi account and:
Step 1: On the left-hand sidebar, click on "Shipments".
This section is where you'll manage all shipments—both current and past.
2. Creating a New Shipment
In the Shipments section:
Click the "Create Shipment" button located at the top right.
Whether you're shipping to one recipient or hundreds, this will be your first step to start the process.
3. Entering Shipping Details
Step 1: Add your recipient's details, whether it's a single address or a bulk upload of multiple destinations.
Step 2: Verify addresses quickly using Stitchi’s built-in address validation. This ensures every order reaches the correct destination without delay.
Step 3: Once you’re satisfied with the shipping information, click "Next" to proceed.
4. Selecting Products from Inventory
From your Inventory, you can choose the products for each shipment:
Step 1: Use the dropdown menu to add the products for each recipient.
If a product is low or out of stock, Stitchi will automatically notify you, giving you the option to adjust quantities or backorder.
Step 2: For products with options (such as size or color), simply select the variant from the dropdown.
Stitchi makes it easy to track inventory levels in real-time, so you never oversell or send incorrect products.
5. Choosing Shipping Options
By leveraging Stitchi, you unlock access to our negotiated shipping rates with major carriers, helping you reduce costs while ensuring fast delivery.
Step 1: Select from the available shipping options, including standard, expedited, or priority services.
If you prefer to use your own shipping account, just notify your Stitchi account rep, and we’ll set that up for you.
Step 2: Stitchi will consolidate all shipping charges into a simple monthly invoice, streamlining your billing process.
6. Reviewing and Confirming Your Shipment
Before finalizing:
Step 1: Review the Shipment Summary. Ensure all product quantities and shipping addresses are correct.
Step 2: If everything looks correct, click "Confirm Shipment".
7. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your shipment is confirmed:
Step 1: Head back to the "Shipments" section.
Step 2: Here, you’ll find your shipment details, including a tracking number and the status of the order.
Step 3: Use the tracking number on the carrier's website for real-time updates.
