How to Request a Sample

If you'd like to preview a product before placing a full order, we’re happy to assist. To request a sample, simply email us at [email protected] with the product name, preferred size or color (if applicable), and your shipping address.

Sample Pricing

As a distributor, Stitchi sources samples directly from our supplier network. Our standard pricing for samples is:

  • MSRP less 20% + shipping

This ensures you get a sample at a discounted rate while covering direct supplier and logistics costs. In some cases, Stitchi may waive or credit back the cost of a sample toward a future bulk order—please ask your account representative for eligibility.

Important Considerations

  • Availability: Most items in our catalog are available as samples. However, some products with limited stock, minimum order requirements, or specific decoration types may not be eligible.

  • Branding: Samples are typically sent blank (without customization) to give you a clear sense of the product’s base quality. Branded or decorated samples may be available upon request for an additional charge and longer lead time.

  • Lead Times: Sample delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping location. Our team will communicate estimated timelines once the request is submitted.
