To ensure fast, accurate fulfillment, it’s important that all inventory sent to Stitchi is packed and labeled according to the guidelines below. Non-compliant shipments may result in delays and additional service fees.
Box Content Labels (Required)
Each box must include a Box Content Label, which is used to identify and scan your inventory upon arrival at our fulfillment center. These labels are provided to you by your Stitchi Brand Partner and must be securely applied to the outside of each box.
We’ve included a visual reference in your instructions that shows exactly where to place the label. Improperly placed or missing labels will result in your box being considered non-compliant.
Service Charge for Missing or Incorrect Box Labels: $4 per box
Packing Mixed Products
If you’re sending multiple product types or SKUs in the same box, they must be clearly separated. You can do this by:
Bagging each product type individually
Using dividers or compartments within the box
Do not mix SKUs loosely inside the same box. Assume boxes may shift during shipping — clear separation is required to avoid mix-ups.

Service Charge for Mixed SKUs: $5 per box
Box Limit: No more than 20 product types per box
Don’t Know Your Inventory Counts?
If you’re unsure of the exact unit quantities per SKU when shipping, Stitchi can count and receive your inventory for you.
Inventory Count Cost: $4.00 per box
Shipping Instructions
Your Stitchi Brand Partner will provide the shipping address and any additional shipment instructions. All inventory must be shipped in sturdy boxes with sealed seams.
Receiving Timeline
Once your shipment arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and receiving. You will be notified once your inventory is live and ready for fulfillment.
